Hello Students and Families!
I can't believe we are getting down to the final two weeks of school. Wow! What a wonderful year it has been. I am so proud of all of you and I look forward to seeing all of your successes in the future.
Crew: Message folders come home every Tuesday. These are a crucial form of communication between the school and home. In the folders you will find the school newsletter along with any permission slips. You will also find your child's test, quiz and project grades for their core subject areas. This is a great way to stay on top of what your child is doing in each class. These folders must be signed and returned by Thursday of each week.
Social Studies: This year I am using interactive notebooks that will contain all the material that we are using to learn from during class and also for homework. For the most part, I will be assigning nightly homework. It is important to remember that I do not see every class every day. To best understand what your child has for homework, you need to know what social studies class they are in.
Homework: Week of June 9, 2008
Social Studies Idol Project is due for all classes on Friday, June 13th.
